Extremely happy and Satisfied by the Service provided by Raj Solar. Raj Solar commissioned two sites with a total capacity of about 80 KWH. They guided us throughout the process. They are always on call whenever after sales support is needed and usually close the complaint within 24 hours.

Our experience with Raj Solar began with a list of questions and research compiled which were answered to satisfy a layman like myself. This helped us greatly in deciding number of panels required and how much to invest in order to minimize paying each month with sudden and unforseen change from authorities related to net metering buy back rate. We are glad that our consumption is being adjusted effectively. The detailed quotation given by Raj Solar covered all points related to the work from cost to duration and material. We took a bit longer to finalize layout on paper first, before selecting the final layout. Proper and precise measurement helped minimize on site changes and gave clarity to what we wanted to achieve. This greatly helped us minimize shadow % which in turn makes rooftop solar production more effective. All other services such as earthing to applying for net meter were covered timely and effectively with installation suggestions (placement and wiring route) considered before assembling on the wall. It has been 8 months to the installation and nearly 6 months to net metering. Alhamdolillah, all is going well so far. We intend to do the same on our commercial premises with Raj Solar, soon, Inshallah!
